Account & Registration

Signing up at xx5 is quick and easy. on the registration page Enter your mobile number, name, password, and date of birth. Verify the OTP and your account is ready. The whole process takes just 2 minutes.

Only one xx5 account is allowed per mobile number. Attempting to create multiple accounts puts all of them at risk of permanent suspension, and any bonuses may be forfeited.

On the Login Page Click the "Forgot Password?" option. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you. Verify the OTP and set a new password.

Entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will lock your account for 30 minutes. Wait it out and try again. If it still won't open, contact support@xx5.run.

After logging in, you can update your email and mobile number from Account Settings. To change your name or date of birth, you'll need to contact our support team — identity verification will be required.
Payments & Transactions

Log in and Payments page Select Mobile Pay or Nagad, enter the amount, and send money to xx5's designated number. Confirm with your transaction ID. Your balance is usually updated within 2–5 minutes.

The minimum deposit at xx5 is just ৳100. You can start with a small amount, making it very convenient for new players.

Standard Withdrawal Request 15–30 minutes processing time applies. During peak hours it may take slightly longer, but never more than 24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.

Withdrawals may be held up for a few reasons:
  • Bonus wagering requirement not yet met
  • Pending account verification (KYC)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount not met (৳500)

Bonuses & Offers

When you open a new account and make your first deposit, a 100% welcome bonus is automatically credited. For example, a ৳1000 deposit gives you a total balance of ৳2000. Wagering conditions apply to use the bonus.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must wager the bonus a set number of times (e.g., 5x) before it becomes withdrawable — this is called a wagering requirement. For a ৳100 bonus at 5x, you need to place ৳500 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Betting & Games

Live Betting lets you place bets while the match is in progress. Odds update with every ball or moment. On the Match Odds Page select an ongoing match and place your bet on the event of your choice.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, some matches offer a cash-out option, which lets you lock in a payout before the match ends.

Go to Account Settings and enable 2FA under the "Security" tab. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in, preventing anyone else from accessing your account.
